Hi everyone, my name is Jo Mertens. I bought my first Pentax SLR in the late 70's. I've been using digital Pentax right from the start, the first being the *ist D. That was the moment I started my own photo-website. In 2005 my family and I moved from the Netherlands to New Zealand. This beautiful country has endless photo opportunities, so I started my own photo company. My latest camera purchase was a Pentax K20D. I decided to stick to Pentax because of the lenses I bought earlier and still use with the digital bodies. I'm still very happy with that decision. I bought a second K20D body recently, so I don't have to change lenses all the time. Works really well. Compared to other big camera brands, the Pentax is exactly what I want from a camera.
