I assume you'll be updating the sticky labelled 'READ FIRST: How to list items - marketplace rules - condition key - feedback guide' to make that clearer?

Suggestion Samyang deserve their own lens category

Agreed on the point you made on the Vivitar, which is why I initially didn't include it my list, before I edited it to later include it.
The reason being it might be useful to include a new radio button when someone adds a new review, just for the various branding in this new section alone.
This would only work for each particular lens that we know what other branding exists for it.

Suggestion Samyang deserve their own lens category

Wouldn't it be better to have Samyang, Pro Optic, Rokinon, Vivitar and Bower grouped together under the same section?
Same should apply to Schneider-Kreuznach and Samsung.

Lens ratings skewed by clots

What if there was a way for the community to downgrade a review, based on the number of dislikes it receives? There should be something equivalent to the 'Was this helpful?' for the opposite, as a way to counteract any misleading reviews (e.g. those that look like they have received a bad copy which may skew the results).
Say if a particular review received 20 'dislikes', with the power more weighted towards those with Site Supporter and above getting an equivalent of 2 votes, whereas regular members only get the equivalent of 1 vote, then the scores and values can be discarded when calculating the averages.

The other suggestion is to remove scores from both the low and high end of the scale when calculating the averages, but this only works well when there is say at least 5 reviews for that lens.

Used lenses in Hong Kong, Singapore

Have to agree with you with the lack of Pentax equipment and accessories in Hong Kong, Singapore but also Malaysia.

I remember looking for some after market batteries for the K-r about 2 months after it was first released (Jan 11), but could not find any in the shops at all.
It was also rare to see any K-r in stock at all, even though I remember seeing some on the bottom floor at Sim Lim Square at the time.
Even though I knew some batteries existed, as there were just getting released onto Ebay at the time, I was hoping to pick some up along the way on the trip to keep as a spare, so it does look like there is some delay in the supply chain before it reaches the store for less common brands like Pentax.

Just to clarify, can it be on orders on any product online within a minimum total of $245 at either store, or does it specifically have to be Pentax DSLR, Mirrorless, or lens to qualify?

If weight and space is a factor when travelling, then you could even consider the DA 40mm f2.8 XS, but I reckon the DA 35mm 2.4 would be more than capable for your purpose.

Make sure to at least store them with some sort of electronic moisture dehumidifier to prevent any nasty mould spreading.

Wireless connection to a TV via an Android device...

Hook up an ethernet cable between the Blu-Ray player to a LAN port of the TP-LINK TL-WR841N.

You'll need a DLNA compliant app such as Skifta on phone/tablet to be able to stream things like songs, photos and videos to your Blu-Ray player.
Not sure if there is a way to display what you see on either tablet/phone to your TV without connecting a HDMI cable, as it will be very bandwidth intensive and would be very choppy if there is a way to do it over Wi-Fi.

My 1st Prime

You need to reconsider what zoom you use the most, and from that, check if there is a focal length you commonly use, and then decide it there is a prime worth considering within that focal range.
If you are fairly happy with those photos, then it probably isn't worth getting a prime within that focal length as your first prime, and you would be better off spending on something completely outside this range.
However if you aren't completely satisfied, then will it be worth considering, as it won't change your habits as much.

Wireless connection to a TV via an Android device...

Is it a wireless router though? What brand/model router? Do you use Wi-Fi at home?

What are you planning to do that you need to 'connect' between Android devices and the Samsung TV/Blu-Ray Player? Might be able to give you other suggestions what you can do for that purpose. It would be easier to connect your Android devices over Wi-Fi, and have a direct ethernet cable from the Blu-Ray Player to the same Wi-Fi router (assuming distance from TV/Blu-Ray to the router isn't a problem).

If the purpose is to use the Android devices as a remote control, then you'll more likely only need an IR transmitter/blaster/emitter connected (downside, range is bad, up to 3 metres). You can make one yourself based on some DIY guides available, or purchase off ebay from a guy in Spain (under $10). Has the added benefit that it will work with your camera to within ~ 3 metres, but you will need to get an app such as PhotoIRmote).
I'm only aware that the Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Tab 2 and Sony Xperia Tablet S have an inbuilt IR blaster, whereas your ASUS TF700 Infinity doesn't have it included. For your phone, you won't have one included either (I have the Australian variant of your phone (S2 4G), which doesn't have one, so I assume yours won't have one either).

It also might be best to update the firmware based on the link you gave me anyway and look for Upgrade File(USB type) (Firmware) - Jun 21, 2011. I assume you have had your TV way before that date anyway.

I assume TV and Blu-Ray player is connected via HDMI 1.3 (ideally 1.4 but I don't think both of your devices would have it).
Maybe you could try connecting the Blu-Ray player to a wireless access point, and install Samsung Remote on either Android devices to see if at least it recognises the TV. Or even install 2Player to see if it recognises the DLNA device.

What model Samsung TV do you have? Otherwise you might need to update the firmware on it over USB. (You could even try hacked firmware like SamyGo, but you need to follow the instructions carefully). That way, at least the AllShare feature should at least work between TV and phone.

At a conference I was help running 6 months ago, there was only one other guest I encountered with a Pentax, but he happened to be a Japanese visitor, so that may have been somewhat expected...

What TV do you have? Does it happen to have an ethernet port available, which you can then connect to a wireless router?

All the rental places in Melbourne are focused on the Canikon variety unfortunately. I don't think there are any places in Australia at all that even have any Pentax lenses for rental that I am aware of.

I wouldn't hold out for JB HiFi to have any more deals, even though lately it seems to be held every month or so.
