Hi Pentax Fans
According to everything I read about this Pentax Kx Camer it seems to be better than the K10 D that I have.Idon't see anything bad about my K10 D,I only have to use a little Higher ISO and my pictures come out fine.I could probally use other settings to arrive at the quality of exposure that I have been able to achieve but if it doesn'need fixing ,don't worry about it.
If I was to win one of these Kx Cameras then I would be very happy to use it and maybe let my wife use the K10 D camera once in a while.
I would love to have one of the fast 2.8 zooms but the old pocket book won't stand for it,but I could use that lens 17-70mm lens. This range seems to be where I take most of my pictures now.
Thanks

That would be the only way that I would ever own another Camera with the name Canon on it.
You have heard of the expression (once bitten twice shy).
I bought a Canon Super Program Camera at the PX in Paris Island and I never got a decent picture with this Camera. I threw it in a Drawer and that is where it is to this day.
I bought a Pentax Super Program and it gave me very good results with it.
I have the Pentax K10D now and it gives me really good pictures after learning how to operate it like it is suppose to be used. ( I still have the Film Camera, but I haven't used it since I went Digital.)
I am thinking about upgrading to a K7 but I haven't made up my mind as the K10D does so good a job.
I really like the way you can use all the older Pentax lens plus the Camera has in body shake reduction and you don't have to shell out more money to have shake reduction with your lens.
I have seen some good pictures made with Canon Digital Cameras but I will stick with my Pentax Cameras.
Thank You

I have been a Pentax owner for for about 25 or 30 years.I first bought a Pentax K1000,And I liked it so well I decided to take it back and upgrade to a Super Program SLR,I bought the K10D DSLR about 2 months ago and I am still reading and studing the booklet of instructions that came with it.I didn't realize how much it was to learn in order to get good at using this Camera.I would sugest to anyone that buys the Pentax K10D to really study and learn all you can about operating this fine Camera.
thanks for any Ideas that you other members have found.
