Hum not sure about the saving part as I just sold the body that came with the lens and now have even less invested in the lens.:D
It's not going to live here for long. Plans for a new rear cap are in the works:D

I have to stay away from those online classified pages.
I bought an SF10. What a beast. I think it needs wheels so you can drag it like a wagon.
Not sure why I bought it other than it was cheap :hmm:................Oh now I remember had something to do with the lens on it.:D |

Pick this one up last night at a Cash Convter Store. Came with a 50 1.7, 50 1.4, a Tamron 71-210 with the P/KA mount. It was dusty and had no batteries. |

I don't understand. You think 157.00 is a high price for a 1.2 50mm. The high bidder seam to know what he's looking at and has bid accordingly.

The flash has a high trigger voltage and I would not use on a DSLR.
I may have another tilt flash that is safe for a DSLR I will check today.

Man now I wish I could afford this. I have wanted one from the first time I saw it at Henrys. Darn Pentax addiction.

I bought a 50 A f2 on this forum a week or so ago for 25.00 + shipping to Canada, under 30.00 USD. As to the K1000 200.00 ? I sold one for 50.00 not to long ago. there are lots of people listing them on kijiji and craigslist for crazy prices with a couple of lenses but if they sell? Henrys lists them around 200.00 so knock off 50-75.00 if you talk to them for more then 10 min. And that's a retail dealer.
As noted the lens will work on a DSLR so if your thinking that way. You have a ready stock of glass.

good idea , I tried it. only problem it needs the pin to activate the app priority mode so without it it's basically an M lens.
