Price drop. I agree with hoanpham, it is a great all around lens; good in low light, covers the most used focal lengths, and it is super sharp all around. I'm going to miss it . . .

SIGMA 17-70mm f/2.8-4 Macro zoom lens with Hyper-Sonic Motor and built-in optical stabilizer. The stabilizer is good for shutter speeds up to 4 stops lower than normal, and the HSM is extremely quiet and fast. The lens is still under manufacturer warranty. I bought this less than a year ago from B&H, and I love using it, but I am going on a 5 month trip and I would like to replace it with a low weight prime. It was very lightly used, with no signs of wear. It comes with the original box and warranty, the front and rear caps, the front hood, and a 72mm Tiffen UV filter.
