Okay, earlier i just picked up my camera and when i took a picture it worked fine.
afterwards i wanted to try a new exposure so i pull back the thing to test your exspousure.
[sorry for spelling]
when i pulled it back it made this weird noise. i than tried again, it still made the noise. i turned the camera on than off. still made this noise.
so i took off the lens than pulled it back.
So when i press in the shutter. the thing inside seems to work perfectly. when i pull back the thing to take a test picture. the shutter doesnt move. but this lil thing on the side does.

Camera is about 3 months old. never dropped.

please help me.!!!!

On my camera theres somthing called AE Metering. Wut should i have that set to. and wut shud i use for different situations.

also Swtch Dst Msr pt. Wut does that mean?
i can either set it to AUTO>11 Red dot things> 1 white dot.

Also wut should Flash Exp. Comp. be set to. i dont use a flash. all i got is built in flash.

Pentax K100D
0.10 shutter speed
apature 5.6

The camera is only like 3 days old. got in on my bday.

Thing is, when i went out the other day, i took lots of pictures, i get home, alot of them have really bad noise, and turn up incomplete. They look great on the LCD camera screen, its depressing, i spend like 800 all together for camera, batterys and memory card.

much help is appeciated.
