Yes, it is about Auto Power off feature. I read the manual too, so I think there is no way to disable this Auto power off in manual mode when I use it on off camera with radio receiver.

I have a question about 610 super...when the flash is mounting off camera in manual mode triggered by a pixel pawn trigger, the flash is switching off in about 2 minutes. What can I do to avoid this behaviour of the flash ?

Here I made few tests with DA 50 - https://picasaweb.google.com/116520713575383586197/DA5018VsM5017?authuser=0&feat=directlink
For me DA 50 is the winner in terms of AF and sharpness wide open.
