Fake DA40XS to be recognized as a DA40 limited

Reading and writing lens ROMs is no problem in general. Debug mode of old cameras like K7 has this option and is commonly used to switch old DA* lens from ultrasonic to screwdriver AF.
I remember some old discussions on a focus jump in one Limited that could be cured by a changed lens firmware

I backed for a SuperEarlyBird with a Bowens-S-Mount and hope they will find enough backes.

I am using Cactus since they brought out the 1st V6 and meanwhile use V6II and RF60, It is a great system and the firmware support after purchasing was good so far - I realy can recommand to use that system.... and spend some bucks in the Kickstarter Campane.

Lensbaby copy built for Q?

Hello

I use a G3-100mm for 6x7 and a G3-50mm for the K1.
For the use on K1 the focal length of the 67 is too long and the sweet spot too big - same situation is the G3-50mm on a Crop-Pentax.

A 53mm on the Q will be much worst - It is on of the sensless Q-adaptations....like the 35mm-6x7-Fisheye ;)

Hello

Recently I was able to find a used K-Lensbaby 3G with macro, wide angle and telephoto adapters - and the good thing is that all these adaptes fit the 100mm LB for my 6x7 too.

Today I got my CineStill films from a Indigogo/Kickstarter project I supported 1 1/2 years ago and used the K-LB to take some simple product shots:

Hopefully there will be more pictures soon

Hello

I recently was able to get a used Lensbaby 3G for my K1 - in a set with macro, wide angle and tele photo lens. I already had a 3G (that the one with the 3 thread pins for fine adjustements), bit using the 50mm on the K1 with LV, Tilt Screen and Focus Peeking is a perfect combination.

Are you aware that there is a specific Lens-Club for Lensbaby-pictures?

Hello

I recently took some jazz-concert photos with this lens on a K1 FF - and I think it worked quite well.

Hello

This weekend I had the oppotunity to develop some new shots from my 67 on Ilford PanF - generally it seems, that the fine grain is not really an advantge for Lensbaby photos - but on the other hand exposure times (max 1/1000) limit the use of fast apertures for higher film speeds.
