I download the folders, change the names to data and place, the save the files at 4 places.
One copy only for the jpg's on external HDD, one full copy on second external HDD, one copy on a computer HDD, and the make copy on DVD.
The delete folders from the card and leave the last folder to keep right counting.

Well, now all we know that KP is not the flagship and there will be flagship this year.
For me the main questions are:
1.what will be the price of the flagship
2.and if is too high, which camera worth the money - K-70 or KP?
Any speculations?
Thanks!

Well, k-70 is about 1000 euro and k-3II is about 1300 euro, in Germany...
So the question is, is KP closer to k-3II or to k-70 for this money?

Acctualy it is funny because when I take the snow pictures, there was am old guy, but tall and strong, with beard - like Santa Clause, with snow an ice in the beard. And this guy was not dressed like us - with jackets and pants, but only with underware or bathing suit, gaiters and backpack.
I was so shoked and I amazed and missed the chance to take picture of him :)
May be he was get off from the boat on the picture ;)

I also interested to know more about these two cameras.
Do you know when k-50 will be on European market? I ask myself what will be the price.
In Bulgaria the difference between k-5iis and k-30 is around 450 euro, for body only. The difference is too big...

I will repeat - great pictures!
I keep eyes on k-5iis and information about k-50. If i save money soon I think to buy one of them. I am sure they are very good cameras for astro pictures. And if i take one of them i will take the o-gps.
In the internet there are some pictures from k-5 and the gps with exposure 50-60 sec, and they are very beautiful.
But let me share some of my astro pictures. They are not stacked (the original single shots) and not very nice but i like them :)
The sky to the east from my garden:
The Moon Eye, az i call this picture:
Of course The MIlkyWay:
The Pleiades:
I have some other pictures but they were made with other cameras :)

Can you tell me how small objects i can shot with lens 200-300 mm? As i know the the clusters, the galaxies, the planets of solar system and etc. has some astro size.

Guys, the pictures with your telescopes are amazing! I want to buy a telescope, but for the momenta i prefer to take a new camera. But I want to ask, when you use telescope do you stack images after after that or there is no need.
Because when i try to stack images with deepskystacker the result astro picture is worst than my best original astro picture :)
It sounds strange, may be i need more practice with the software, but i want to know how do you made it.
Thanks!

If IQ and focus accuracy and speed on k-50 and k-5IIs are same I would prefer k-50. Using of AA battery and li-ion battery is very useful :)
I will keep reading opinions about this cameras. For me is important to have better quality from the camera because i don't want many lenses - 2 or 3 maximum. And i don't like to work on my pictures with photoshop or gimp. ;)
And i want good support for o-gps for astro-photograpy :)

Hehe, i seems i am too young - i always use AF, except for astro-photos :) so i prefer to have fast and accurate AF, and good IQ, because i don't find time for pictures postprocesses in photoshop or gimp.

Well, k-30 is newer, that is why I try to choose between k-30 i k-5II/s. As i know k-5 is old as k-x.

Hi to all!
I am thinking to change my k-x with something better (with o-gps). I don't want k-5 because there are newer cameras - k-30, k-5II and k-5IIs.
Can you gave me some advise, keeping in mind i don't record video, and prefer viewfinder to take photos?
Thanks!

Hi JohnT-W0JT,
I am a newbie in the photography but I tried some technics for night shots and:
if you are on bulb mode, you can not turn off Slow Shutter Speed NR. it is alaways on in bulb mode;
about High-ISO Noise Reuction, I think whene you choose between the three options the difference between them is (excluding the effect form NR) the time before you camera be ready for ne shot. So in this menu I use medium.
Best regards!
