I just bought myself the Pentax K5-II with the 18-135mm lens kit from B&H. I had it shipped to Jersey address and which saved me $120. The only downside is I have to wait till next week to play with my camera. I am not sure if I can handle the wait. :)...

Hello everyone, I recently picked up digital photography as a hobby to take pictures of my kids. After several month of reading and researching I bought my first digital SLR (Pentax K-r) yesterday. Over the next couple of month I am hoping to familiarize my self with the general photography lingo, and my camera. I am mostly interested in taking portraits and urban landscape.
