Just a quick one. tested the camera out before Paris and I was beyond impressed. These were my first two pictures and I would welcome any comments.:)

Hi gang
Still wet in Manchester. Camera arrived and the battery went on charge. The company had failed to send me the lenz hood. So a quick phone call and with apologies they promised to send it soon. I'm very excited to have a good old play with it. Although the manual is way too small for my eyes.
The weather in the NW of England is one of the reasons why I chose the K7.

A quick Hi to you all. Waiting for my K7 to arrive tomorrow. This is an early 5oth birthday present from my wife and son :o. I have opted for the 18-135 Wr instead of the kit lens. I'm hoping to get to grips with the kit as we are off to Paris on 18th and Am hoping to get me some quality piccies.:cool:
I welcome any tips as since my Canon AE1 was stolen in 1990 I've been using compacts.
