i want to make a photo book for my friend who is graduating this april and i want to make her portraits look great
i have a pentax mz30 with standard lens (30-80mm) and 3rolls of expired film (one year expired) and i've seen the nice effects of using these kinds of film but only in landscape photography...
i have some questions- is using expired film advisable for portrait photography?
- can anyone point me to a reliable tutorial? the ones i've found is about digital...
- Please share tips, techniques and tricks in using expired film
- should i shoot indoors or outdoors for best results?
thanks for all your help...
p.s. i'd like to use what i have, so please dont advise me to get a lomo cam or something...

okay..i tried double exposing already and i made a mistake. i found out that in 'texturing', i have to shoot the texture or background first before i shoot the subject...thats all!!hehehe..i wont post my 1st double exposure shot..its bad...not horrible, just bad..it looked like my subj was hiding in the bushes...hehehehehehhehe

does the AF film SLR's multi-exposure feature under expose automatically? or do i have to under expose it first before taking a shot/s?
i think pentax MZ 5, MZ 30 and other MZ's have this multiple exposure function aside from the single frame and multiple frames functions....
so what do you guys think?
does it under expose automatically?
thank you all for your answers!:p:D:):):)

i was hoping to show how a smokers life is. its a like a cigarette that is smoked for a while and will be snuffed out. their life will be as short as a cigarette.
