Actually I'm not looking for a macro lens, that was just a bonus with the DA35. I've read that the DA40 has a shorter focus range, which makes the autofocus faster, e.g. if the autofocus doesn't lock on anything and needs to turn the whole focus range again. Do you know anything about that?

Hi Pentaxforums!
It's time introduce myself, have been reading here for a while without posting. I'm a Pentax owner from Sweden with my second Pentax. First the K100D and present the K-7. I'm here to read about cameras, lenses or just get inspiration from the photo threads.
I own the K-7 with 18-55WR, 50-200 and M 50mm f/1.7. I also own a Soligor 28mm 2.5 and a Soligor 135 2.5, which isn't that great. The Soligor 28mm needs to be step down to be sharp to at least 4 and the 135mm has an oily aperture, which now is stuck. My next buy will be one of the limited lenses. But I'm not sure which yet. Maybe the 35mm Macro? :)
