Evening shot of downtown Miami. Unfortunately, the exposure was too just a little too long and the bridge lights blew out the water some on the right side. Miami Cityscape by Aubrey, on Flickr

Here are a couple panorama's I did with the 15mm. I think it was only 4 or 5 photos stitched together. This is the view from the peak of The Priest on the Appalachian Trail in Nelson County, VA. The Priest by Aubrey, on Flickr The Priest by Aubrey, on Flickr

I don't post often, but I decided to share a couple photos I took with a Cosina 55 (At f1.2 of course). These are from a concert I was at last year. I use a K-r. |

These were taken with some fuji color 400. I believed I used the Pentax 50mm Lens on a K1000 body. Untitled by AubreyCS, on Flickr Untitled by AubreyCS, on Flickr

I think this is my favorite lens. It is my every day use lens and I almost never take it off my camera now. I was starting to develop LBA until I got this lens.

No, those were different spiders. The webs were really close to each other though. The one I posted above was pretty high up in the tree which is how I ended up with that angle whereas the other was close to the ground.

A couple spiders I found. They were taken with SMC Pentax 100mm. Spider by AubreyCS, on Flickr Spider and Web by AubreyCS, on Flickr
I have no clue what type of spider the second one is. It was the first time I had ever seen a spider like that.

Thanks everyone. I almost walked right into the spider, the web was spread between two tree trunks.
Yeah the sensor has been dirty in some way or another for awhile now and it is a constant uphill struggle for me to keep it clean. The only thing I haven't tried yet is some kind of chemical cleaning kit.

When I convert the PEF files to Tiff they work perfectly, I tried DNG but they were very dark in Picturenaut. Thanks for your help I'm a little embarrassed because I did look over the faq and I completely missed that entry.

I was using the PEF Raw files.
This particular photo was a single photo I took a few months ago. I simply loaded it into the program and the colors were off. My earlier attempts were also PEF Raw files, but I took them at different exposures and imported them as a single combined image. I also tried importing them individually (There were 3 photos). I noticed the color seemed off there as well but it wasn't as drastic as this. I think it is because the color there was mostly green, which came through as it should have. It just seems to be orange/reds that come out as blues.
I did not try importing any JPEG files in and I've not used any other file types (Such as TIFF or DNG). I practically only shoot in RAW.
I'll try the other software that was suggested.

Today I decided I wanted to try my hand at making an HDR picture. I downloaded the program Picturenaut from (Picturenaut Overview) and took some photos of the side of the garage just thinking I'd just practice the technical aspect (What I mean is taking bracketed photos at different exposures and tonal mapping).
Everything looked horrible, the colors seemed wrong and after a few hours I gave up frustrated and deleted what I had worked on. I summed the problems up to my own in-experience with photography, I've only had my camera since May.
A little while ago I decided just to upload a single photo I had taken another time and try my luck with this photo. This is the picture:
Image 1:
But when the photo was imported this is how it looked: bluecatwtf by AubreyCS, on Flickr
So I'm deducing that my earlier problems were not so much my lack photography skill but some defect with the program. I've skimmed their forums and their FAQ and nobody else seems to have had a problem with colors coming out....well like this. Nor did I find any plugin for Pentax with a quick google search.
So I guess does anybody know how to resolve this? Or I suppose the easier solution would be to just try another program, but the fact that this program is free is what drew me to it.
