Do they plan more prominent presence outside of Japan/Far East (UE, USA)? This is in relation to most promotional videos after K-3/3 release being in japanese only and virtually nothing outside of fanbase made is in english.
Are there any plans to update/broaden lens selection for K-3 Mk III and in general APS-C sensor? There is really no prime lens able to take advantage of K-3/3 new capabilities and only one (second is coming) zoom that is able to keep with new AF system. Any chance to get DA Ltds PLM (and WR if possible). Also are there any plans to update standard DA lineup with PLM?
Will Pentax still produce DA (APS-C) specific lenses or will is there a plan to unify lens selection and produce only FF?
Can we get some info if K-3 Mk III release gone as planned when it comes to sales numbers?
What are sensor sizes Pentax will concentrate on? Will we get new FF camera, or will it be like in Fuji - APS-C + MF? Or some other plans, like APS-C only?
What are general, long term plans for Pentax and whole Ricoh Imaging division?

I think I must disagree with you.
One of the early investments Ricoh made was in new depositing equipment to replace the SMC process with HD. As far as I know SMC is no longer available. FA Limited's do still sell, there was an announcement of a new production run a few years ago in fact. Evidenced by newer ones in Ricoh boxes. If a new production was needed and the SMC machines are no longer in use then Ricoh has the choice of discontinuing the FA limited line, completely redesigning them to DFA standards or "refreshing" them enough that they can be built with the equipment now in use. They chose to "refresh" them. That allows them to push the need for a redesign down the road at least 5 years.
They are in the process of releasing the new DFA Limited 21mm. I believe that over the next 5 years they will develop replacements for all the FA Limiteds that will match the new DFA 21mm. But it was either a "refresh" or being out of stock for 3 to 5 years. That is I think an easy decision.

"Development Status of APS-C Flagship Digital SLR Camera "PENTAX K-3 Mark III
Development Status (2nd Report)
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued patronage of our products.
This is to inform you of the current development status of the APS-C flagship digital SLR camera "PENTAX K-3 Mark III", whose development status and product name were announced on October 27, 2020.
At the time of our previous announcement, we said that the product was under development with the aim of being launched around the time of CP+2021, the world premiere show for cameras and photographic imaging scheduled to be held from February 25 to 28, 2021 (this year, the show will be held as CP+2021 Online). However, due to delays in the procurement of some parts and the fact that we need more time to achieve the high performance and high quality befitting an APS-C flagship model, we have decided to change the scheduled release date.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who have been waiting for the official announcement and launch.
Details
Product name: PENTAX K-3 Mark III
Scheduled release date before the change: Under development to be released around the time of CP+2021 (Pacifico Yokohama), the world premiere show for cameras and photographic imaging scheduled to be held from February 25 to 28, 2021.
Release schedule after the change (current forecast): To be announced soon.

My favourite salesman joke:
A young guy from Texas moves to California and goes to a big department store looking for a job.
The manager says, "Do you have any sales experience?"
The kid says, "Yeah, I was a salesman back home in Texas."
Well, the boss liked the kid, so he gave him the job. "You start tomorrow. I'll come down after we close and see how you did."
His first day on the job was rough but he got through it. After the store was locked up, the boss came down. "How many sales did you make today?"
The kid says, "One." The boss says, "Just one? Our sales people average 20 or 30 sales a day. How much was the sale for?"
Kid says, "$131,237.64." Boss says, "$131,237.64? What did you sell him?"
Kid says, "First I sold him a small fish hook. Then I sold him a medium fish hook. Then I sold him a larger fish hook. Then I sold him a new fishing rod. Then I asked him where he was going fishing, and he said down at the coast, so I told him he was gonna need a boat, so we went down to the boat department, and I sold him that twin engine Chris Craft. Then he said he didn't think his Honda Civic would pull it, so I took him down to the automotive department and sold him that Crewcab F250." The boss said, "A guy came in here to buy a fish hook and you sold him a boat and truck?"
Kid says, "No, he came in here to buy a box of tampons for his wife, and I said, "Well, since your weekend's shot, you might as well go fishing."

My wife actually tried to talk a prospective client out of buying one of my prints because she didn't like my post processing. Finally the guy just pointed at one of hers and the print in question and said, "I want that one and that one, what kind of deal can I get for buying both?" (These were $350 prints.) My wife still won't let me display one of my best prints ever, because of a little purple fringing in the top left corner. It hangs in the downstairs bathroom. Banished so to speak. It does however have a prominent place in the houses of several customers.
Photographers can be way to picky.
At my wife's insistence we have tried to reshoot that image many times, and it has never come out as good again. People often ask me where an image is taken. I say, if you want this picture, buy this picture. You can go to the same place, at the same time of year, at the same time of day. You will not get this picture, and neither would I if i went back myself. You have to judge images by what's good about them. Photographers focus on what's wrong with them. It's the wrong approach. People grossly underestimate how much luck there is in getting a great image. You have to be ready incase you get a great opportunity, but using the same technique etc. as you used on your best images, sometimes you get nothing useful.
Photography, especially nature photography is about perseverance, more than anything else. One day, you happen to be at the right place at the right time with the right camera for the job. Gear etc is secondary to the part where you have to be there, and the more often you are out shooting, the better your odds. All the other factors pale by comparison.
I suspect the real answer to "Why did you buy this camera?" is "I would buy every camera ever made given sufficient funds and storage space. I just like cameras."

Don't mind the data fields for the shot, they're probably not correct. The exif will have the real values (if DCU retained them). Boosted a little in DCU.

What I find most interesting about the Ricoh R is the inclusion of an SDK, developer forums, a Github, image control tools, and source code.
If only the Pentax 645Z/K-1/K-P etc engineers (and managers) would talk to the Ricoh R team, and do the same! Amazing things would happen.

Is an API to allow more access to the camera being considered? i.e. for improved tethering support, or even so that third parties can implement features that Pentax didn't think of? Samsung has released an SDK/API for their NX1 to enable just that, and given that the tethering support of Pentax cameras is maybe not that highly regarded, to put it mildly...

The only question I'd want to ask him is: Why can't I even buy a Pentax camera within 500 miles of here when I am right over the bridge from a larger city and actually living in a not so small one these days? Several hundred thousand people, several major box store chains, and I still have to order a new Pentax camera or lenses online if I want one? What does it matter what cameras they make if I can't even buy them sight unseen? Oh, I take that back, I apparently can buy them once in a blue moon at Sam's Club if I'm willing to buy an expensive membership and don't mind cameras that are on clearance and usually not the current models. But that's it. Otherwise I have to leave the state, I think. FF? Whatever. I'd be ecstatically happy just to actually see a K-30 or a K-5II in a local store....

This is a remarkable international website, lots of members from countries other than the US.
I don't think its appropriate to ask Adam to do this.
Why don't you put up a Thread Title calling for a month long boycott of buying new lenses in the USA. That ought to get someone's attention. I'll be the first to join into your thread agreeing to that. I think some of the prices for the new lenses are outrageous considering all the existing deficiencies with the system such as: slow flash syncro speed of 1/180th, an explanation on the sdm issue which is still haunting Pentax sales, lack of any TCs or extension tubes, antique flashes that don't swivel (360) , short distance wireless flash system way behind Canon and Nikon, etc. You can put a poll on it asking how many want the boycott and how many disagree and how many have no opinion.
If we don't get an answer from Pentax, we continue for 6 months or a year. People can still buy used but the lack of new lens purchases will get Pentax in the pocket which is where they pay attention ;)
One think that the usa suffers from more than most countries i believe, is that Hoya came out with that edict that if you didn't sell x number of cameras a month, then you were out. That finished off the last Pentax outlets in Seattle such as Talls and Kenmore, as far as i know. Someone said Fry's in South Seattle had something that was Pentax, but in any case, its 90 miles away for me. But at least we had some competitive prices even if we didn't have B&M shops. Now we have no shops to speak of (when i did the shop locator thing on the website - it stated no retail shops in my area or some such announcement.
So i'm all for a PF member and dpreview member sponsored boycott of new Pentax lenses.
After i read the inept announcement by Pentax, I celebrated by going out and looking at the Nikon cameras - pretty nice features and i really like the fold out LCD screen on a D5100 i looked at. cool!!! What do we get, a K01 with a designer signature - i'd much rather have something like the fold-out screen that helps my photography - don't know about you.

Taken just before sunset tonight, good to see the early signs of spring here. Processed in CS5 used Topazadjust 4 in medium HDR mode, with lots of dodging and burning.:) spring dafs by SFB579, on Flickr
The lens is the Samyang fisheye lens, and for it's budget cost is a very nice lens.
