I just posted a review with photos on the Ikan iLED-MS shoe mounted light. This is a cute little spot with barn doors, a diffusion panel and another panel to change the 5600K light to 3300K. When the light is mounted on a camera it has a little wiggle going on. I didn't want to torque down the retaining nut too tightly, but there is little danger of it falling out of the shoe.
The light is not camera specific, so you can use it with a DSLR, p&s or iPhone. If you like to take photos of food when you are dining out, this is a handy accessory, you can add a bit of punch to your shots with little effort.

My Sigma 18-35 is a sharp copy with no focusing issues, is in near-new condition and comes complete with box, papers, caps and hood as originally packaged. This is a USA version, purchased 8/14 from B&H. There is plenty of warranty left on the lens.

This is a beautiful tele in pristine condition, I do not see a mark on it. I bought it used a couple of months back, it has on target AF performance, great balance and wonderfully sharp images. There are two of Seward Johnson's "Unconditional Surrender" statues in the U.S., one in San Diego and this one in Sarasota. The statue is based on a photo by Victor Jorgensen, not on the now famous photo by Alfred Eisenstadt, This is one of those spots that draws tourists like ants to a fallen ice cream cone, so if you want to study the statue itself, either cropping or a night time exposure is necessary.
I found the night illumination to be too contrasty and preferred edge lighting of the late afternoon sun.

I've posted a review of the 300MM on my blog.
Summary: Extremely well built, superb fit and finish. A little heavy at about 2 lbs. 6 ounces. Color and contrast are fine, I have not detected any CA in the shots I took. AF speed is acceptable for most situations, overall a solid buy if you need this focal length.

It's not a suburban environment, it is the Battery in Charlestown S.C. The Battery is a seawall used for the defense of the Charleston peninsula. The area is now called Battery Park and there are old canon still in place. This particular mansion is the Villa Margherita, cool name isn't it? It was built in the late 1800's.
