Hi everyone
any of you proud new K-30 owners buy yours from the selley Emmy Photo on Amazon?
They seem to consistently have the lowest price, often K-30 body only can be had for around $670 whereas everyone else is around $720-ish street price.
Seems too good to be true? Are these grey market items? Are they not covered by US warranty?
I tried to search and only really found this thread, which seemed to indicate that even if i purchased from Emmy, as long as it was through Amazon i was in the clear (if i bought the $20 extended warranty from B&H): https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/pentax-k-5/180591-help-extended-waranty-question.html
so anyone buy from Emmy photo? how is your camera?
thanks!

hi everyone
love this forum :)
based on reading through i finally decided to pull the trigger on a Tamron 28-75mm f2.8 for my Pentax K-x. This is my first lens besides the kit lens.
received it last night, mounted it on the camera body and started taking some test pics. So far, everything looks fine. I am not expert by ANY means but it seems to me everything is working properly. However, i noticed that when i turn the camera into a vertical portrait orientation, i can hear a small "clicking" noise. (Just one click, as the camera is turning into portrait orientation)
I dont remember this happening with the kit lens. (in fact, i re-mounted the kit lens to check and i didnt observe the same noise). I can't tell if the noise is coming from the lens or the camera body.
Any ideas on what this is? hoping this is just some stupid question i am unaware of and it happens to everyone ;)
