Excellent images , i haven't posted anything for a while , my body is still on a go slow with MS
i picked this lens up last week and managed to get out to try it

Hiya ive not been around for a few weeks

Any body used the CONTAX Carl Zeiss Planar T* 85mm f/1.4 with their A7 ,
i'm happy with my OM 85mm zuiko f2 , but could do with something a little faster ,
i can get a good deal on the CZ planar , i was just wondering if its worth getting .

Thanks , not every weekend at the moment , but i'm still often in the studio , i only have
two AF lenses ,the 35mm f2.8 and the kit lens , no problems at all using the 35mm , but i find i have to
take my time when i start shooting with kit lens , it can hunt a bit , but i find after a few minutes i get used
to it and its fine ........ my go to lenses in the studio are the 35mm f2.8 and the OM zuiko 85mm f2

Point to shoot with a professional sensor eh
yeah just like my other cams , but i don't quite enjoy carrying a heavy DSLR about anymore ,
i don't even use one in the studio now , my a7 is a pleasure to use and does for everything i need it for
it has even giving my love of vintage glass a boost ....not sure if thats a good thing or not ;)

Thanks Christine , its a place called Beamish Museum , its a village in North Eat England set in 1913 Britain ,
all the workers there wear period clothes , quite a big place and far too much to take in on one day

A few from Mondays little day out at Beamish Museum , i could have chose
a better day to go , it was warm but overcast , but i bought a 12 month pass so im bound
to choose a better day to go , it was worth the trip just for the fish "n" chips anyhoo :)

great work with the A50/1.4
Looking at old lenses yesterday and there was nothing special to buy ,
but a copy of a old SMC Pentax-A 70-210mm F4 caught my eye
so i tried it out in the garden when i got home and i don't think its too bad for a zoom

Sorry ive not been posting , but ms relapses have held me back a bit
great video Christine ! shared it myself ;)
Ive knew a friend has had this lens a while , but thought it was going to be a be a big heavy dog of a lens ,
seen him this morning so tried it on my camera , got home looked at the results and thought for the price it was
well worth having , so it should be mine next week

Cool water shot Christine and great detail at such a high iso of the frog!
I bought this lens by mistake , as it was sold as being the SMC Pentax 135mm F2.5
but i didn't pay much for it so i kept it , the seller has sold me some great bargains in the past so i didn't mind
his mistake , plus he now owes me one ;)

The OM 85mm is very easy to focus Christine , plus
its a very small lens , just a little larger than a 50mm :)

Fabulous landscape camerons , what lens did you use ?
The big cat looks very dramatic in mono Christine , made a similar mistake today on
a not so big cat lol
This is Sidney , i guess he has about three families throughout the neighborhood , that
hes adopted , he belonged to a old lady who sadly died a few years ago

The red in the bus shot reminds of the red we used to get in film !
tones in the headdress id gorgeous
hopefully il be able to get out and about with my Tamron 28-75 this Sunday , like ive said before ,
really like this lens and what ive seen of the examples photos here , it looks like i'm going to be happy
using on the a7
BTW I tried the Pentax 55-300 on the a7 today "wide open because my DA adapter hasn't arrived "
with very little vignetting so i think its going to be another great option !
