What´s wrong with my K10D?

The horizontal banding caused by the battery grip doesn't look like the effect in the pictures above. It ist visible in high ISO pictures, not at ISO 400. If there aren't any electro-magnetic fields (antennas, mobile phones), it could be a problem with a circuit inside the camera.

Poll: Sigma 70-200 F2.8 EX DG MACRO HSM

I have got the Sigma 70-200 2.8 without HSM. At f2.8 the pictures are rather soft. That doesn't matter. But that lens has problems with the focus. Sigma can't repair it. They say that my camera causes the problems. I've tried it with 6 cameras... Now I replace that lens by the FA* 80-200 2.8. The Sigma 18-50 2.8 is already replaced by a DA 16-45. These two f2.8 lenses were the last Sigma lenses I bought. Never again Sigma.

The Optio A30 is my P&S camera. It's not really a backup camera. I have two DSLRs (K10D and istDs) because I work as a photographer for newspapers (sports f. e.).

The zoom motor of the AF540 is louder than the motor of the AF360. The AF540 makes a lot of noise while the motor zoom works.

BITE ME Sigma 20mm f/1.8

It seems that the Sigma 20mm F1.8 can be repaired. My 18-50 2.8 and 70-200 2.8 have front- and backfocus problems. I sent them to Sigma two times. The first time they gave it back without repairing it. They were not able to do it. I should send them my camera, then they can program the lens ROM. So I sent them the lenses again and my Ds. A few days later it all came back. Not repaired! Now they told me they can't program the lens ROM of these lenses because it's too old. I have two lenses I can't use properly. The 18-50 lies anywhere in the corner (it has backfocus at f2.8, frontfocus at f8). I replaced it by the DA 16-45. But the 70-200 can't be replaced in the moment. I need a 2.8 for sports. So I use and take a lot of photos to have some good.
