Wow, I forgot how sharp this lens really is. Did you go through the same process for the MIJ? LBA is getting worse. This or the Sigma....

1. 2-way macro rail with QR Clamp:
This is a 2-way macro rail with QR clamp. It is more convenient than the regular cheapo macro rail. With a QR plate, you are sure that the camera would be held steady in place. The sliding movement is smooth on this one, and the lock is tight. The cheapest macro rail with similar QR clamp set-up is around $300.
I'm asking $75 shipped and paypal'd. Dropped to $50 for quick sale
2. Slik Tabletop Tripod:
This is good for extreme low angle macro using a light set-up. It shows sign of use, but 100% functional. It comes with the original pouch.

I just measured it.
The main compartment: 18H x 12W x 7D
The two side compartments: 15.5H x 3.5W x 5.5D
The top compartment: 3.5H x 11.5W x 5D
You can roughly add them up to get an idea of the full size.

This is my trusty bag for hiking and vacation. It accommodated 2 of my A900s, ZA 135, 135 STF, CV 125, Contax 21, Contax 35/1.4, and my Pentax 50/1.2 plus tons of accessories.
So what really set this backpack apart is how it distributes the weight very well. I could easily walk 2 hours straight with my full gear, and I wouldn't feel any strain on my back or shoulder. It's truly a great companion.
I'm now going to the smaller NEX system, so this bag is way too big for that, hence, the reason I have to part with it.
This bag is in excellent condition. There is minimal amount of wears and spots.
More pictures upon request.
I'm asking $150 shipped and Paypal'd e-check for this bag. Drop to $130 for quicker sale. |

1. Acratech V2 Ballhead SOLD
2. Bogen/Manfrotto 3221 SOLD
3. Giottos MM5580 Monopod
This monopod is excellent condition with minimal amount of wear. It comes with the carrying case and box. This is a very versatile monopod. With the 3-leg attachment, it can stand on its own with a light set up, or provide more stability for long telephoto lens. I bought this, originally, for my Leica 180/2 Cron. I sold the lens to RayGunn (Steve), but never got around to sell this.

You can do a series of focus test to find out whether the lens is capable of producing sharp image. Your 1st image is slightly OOF since if it's that soft, hazing would occur as well.

Here is a few recent pic with my A50:
Mainly rose shot since I personally think the hazing at WO really helps to deliver the mood.

Definitely a 15mm would be a bad choice. A 21mm or longer would do. I agree that this shot is with a wider lens than 35mm.

I would say the Takumar is on the cold side compared to my Sony lenses. Anyway, I actually like the bokeh from the 1st set in each sample, whatever that might be. A full brick shot with corner crop might be easier to determine the lenses. Personally, I'm not too familiar with either of these lenses to actually form an educated guess.

You can indeed send it to him so that he can make the mount and swap it out for you. However, there might be a service fee for that. Remember to order a chip from James Lao as well so that you can have EXIF info, SSS, and focus confirmation. David will glue the chip for you for free.
