Contacts are standard, even from those old Pentax power zooms. If you are a little bit handy about DIY, a cheapest and fastest solution, as @jatrax said, find a donor lens, (example) and switch the contacts.

Or try to find an used Pentax FA zoom lens with Power zoom function and then just swap power contacts. You can still use such FA lens on a digital body, but obviously without Power Zoom function (manual zoom).
