Is it possible to use Image Sync in any other drive mode than Single Frame? The app instructions are cryptic. Drive mode will appear as icon in app but the app stops working...no more Live View and no shutter release. I'd just like to use the timer. Shouldn't be that complicated.

Yes I agree. The K colours are magical. I just picked up a K 200mm. Same great colours.

Haha! I'm leaving it open to interpretation. ---------- Post added 08-17-18 at 05:17 AM ---------- Another idea might be to shoot some landscapes with a normal prime. Stitch to maximize FOV.

Yes but those qualities come from the thing behind the camera, not the lens! ;)

I think it would make a great landscape lens. Stitch if you want more subject in the photo. The thing with wide angle "landscape" lenses is that they don't always do justice to some landscapes. Majestic mountains can be shrunk into unwhelming mounds!

55/1.8 for great colour rendition. Can get enough of this one! Often overlooked for faster 50s.

Waiting for my 15mm and 35mm macro. They look so wonderfully constructed and the photos in this forum look spectacular. Can't wait to use them on K70. Hoping this will make a nice small kit for geology fieldwork: shooting landscapes, rock formations, macros on rocks and plants. I was mildly concerned about buying new lenses that won't do FF but their compact size was so compelling. I don't see FF in my near future. Either way I think I will always own aps-c kit for portability. Make sense?

Don't overthink the camera body purchase. There will always be something "better" on the horizon. The sweet spot (cost/performance) might be 1 year after launch? Some people here will know best I'm sure. Invest in high-quality lenses for the long haul. They're timeless.
