I"ve done that and even reset my camera to factory set but its still the same and I"ve got a couple of memory cards what work fine with my other lenses could they be some sort of fault with the lens?

Hello everone I just bought a new lens its the smc da 1:2.4 35mm al it takes great picture but it takes a long time to show the pictures up on the back of my camera my camera is a pentax k5 any advice if I need 2 set my camera u different thanks in advance

Its defo the pentax smc 500mm and he did mention it has a m42 adapter thanks for ya replays

Is it possible to change a pentax smc 500mm 4.5 back to fit a pentax camera just the 1 am after had been converted to fit a cannon camera and the lad who got it is not to sure if it can, thats for your help

Iv just sent the lens back now,the lens I had was manual only but would not manual focus on anything at all, no yellow stickers on the class just a really bad lens with big problems I think am going to save for a new lens now

Iv tried about everything I can, but will not focus on anything what so ever and with it got a yellow look aswell I can only think its got a series problem am going 2 send it back and save for a new lens thanks alot for all your advice I do appreciate everything u told me.

Its seems ok with my other lens do u have to ajust it for longer lens?

Yes its my longest lens and SR is on just when I try 2 focus on anything it will not, its always out of focus with it been a manual lens it should be easy 2 focus on static object but I can't

I think I just send it back now I been out for a few hrs 2day not 1 picture in focus all my other lens are spot on in focusI must be a serious problem with the lens think I save for a sigma 150 - 500 lens

I dont use a computer just my phone so I wouldn't have a clue how to put exif up I think I should join a camera club to learn how 2

I bought a sigma 400mm 5.6 apo mc lens of ebay a few days ago, the lens looks very clean with no dust or anythink but when I put it on the camera it looks yellow looking through it and when I take pictures they look ok until I crop them total out of focus lv tried loads of different settings but with the same results can anyone tell me if its a easy fix or the lad of eday said he give me a full refund but I realy want to keep it I only payed £86 uk pounds for it I just hope I can get it sorted thanks in advance

Not to sure if I can upload pictures on here just am no good with computers, the pictures I been taking are out of focus when I crop them I tryed loads of different settings aswell I hope I can sort it, is there any settings on my k-5 what will ajust my focus cheers

Iv taking some more pictures ,when I crop the pictures there are blurred no sharp pictures at all no yellow when looking through the view finder but pitures still blurred when I take the lens of it looks clean as a whistle very clear could it be some of the pins on the lens are not working properly thanks for all your help

Am no good with computers dont no how to put pitures up, like I said the pitures look ok just when u luck through the lens its a yellow colour and its only got a clear filter on iv ever had a look through the lens when its of the camera and its look ok I cant see any mist dust or anything

Just been back in touch with the lad I got the lens of ebay he said it could be a focusing issue any thoughts please just dont understand the yellow and glaze am getting when am looking through the camera

Iv just received my lens that I won on ebay, could anyone tell me if this lens is ok just it looks a little yellowish and a little haze when looking through it but it take pitures ok no yellow or haze in the finished picture thanks in advance
