regarding the first picture:
red object as already mentioned above and color fringing (it becomes noticeable from 1600x1063 and upwards, it depends on the lens though but that's not a big issue).
you cut off part of her shoe/feet and the picture is not perfectly horizontal. Those two are just minor issues though.

Is it just me or is there a small gap between the flash and the body?

I'm aware of that fact. In M and by pushing the green button it will close down your aparture to the chosen aparture (e.g. you chose f5.6 it will close to f5.6 for a moment and measure the light and opens up again.
It worked for my 55/1.2 and for my M50/1.7 by removing the coating on the mount base. Not sure if it will work for K-lenses though.

wow, seems like we're on the same boat. I got carried away and bought the Sigma 70-200/2.8, 50-135/2.8 and 35/2.0. Now i got to think of a way to hide it from my gf or else she'll kill me xP

another possible problem are the electric pins on the K7, i had some bad experience with those too (my Auto Revenueon 55/1.2). Since the mount was coated and a manual lens so the pins didn't receive information from the lens. That means it will stay fully open no matter what aparture i set it on. Try to put a small piece of aluminium paper on the pins and screw the lens on, or (the way i did it) use a piece of sandpaper and rub it on the mount until the coating gets off. Mong rang em phu duoc anh xP

@jogiba
i also think like that but i still hope that they will introduce a new firmware with manual video control for the k5 at least...it's a waste on the camera if they won't do that.

Hi everybody,
I'm Shin (given nickname),21 years old, from south germany. I got into photography a few months ago when i purchased a *istDL2. Most of the time I prefer people photography, but recently i got the certain urge to try out some street photography.
I hope to expand my knowledge about my gear,techniques and get some inspirations.

Yeah, i read about that too but apparently it's the position sensor which is responsible for recognizing when you use the camera in horizontal or vertical position.
I was quite interested in the NEX-5N since i already own a NEX-3 and was waiting for newer versions but the newer models (except the nex-7) weren't quite as many changes as expected.
