Hi all!
New member, relatively new to DSLR, not so new to SLRs living in Uppsala, Sweden. I started out in 1992 (i think) with an old hand-me-down Zenith with a faulty light meter. That one was swapped for a Pentax P30 with a Vivitar Zoom/macro lens two years later. The P30 served me well for 10 years until I upgraded to a MZ-7. This one I really loved; light-weight, easy to use - it performed well both as a P&S and for the more "arty" stuff. One Olympus and one Nikon compacts paved way to going digital (and being constantly annoyed by the limitations the compacts have), so when the mirror motor gear finally gave in I went for a K200D with the kit 18-55 lens. Apart from that, I still have the kit 28-80 lens from the MZ-7, a Soligor 80-200 + macro and a manual Pentax 100mm 1:4 macro.
I've had a on/off relationship with my cameras. Since the turn of the century, I've mostly picked up the gear at christmases and birthdays, but the last year or so has revived the interest. So, here I am - basically starting all over...
