sony's a300 and a350 use a unique method of shifting the pentamirror assembly, and transmitting to a smaller sensor for liveview, so that contrast detection AF still works. the shutter and mirror stay closed during liveview.. it provides currently the fastest AF during liveview on the market, IIRC

is it real neoprene, or some derivitave? for washing wetsuits, it's handwash only, lukewarm water, super mild detergent, and dry and store away from the sun.. but if it's a different quality of neoprene, it may be different

not enough information. you need to tell us what you want to shoot, and how you shoot it. if you're doing jewelry pictures, 20 foot by 20 foot is huge. if you're photographing groups of cars, 20 foot by 20 foot gets a lot smaller.

i have to correct this. the second book is The Negative, not the film. it covers everything from film processing, to composure

anyone ever wonder why laughter is 'laff-ter' and slaughter is 'slaw-ter' instead of 'slaff-ter'? would make things much more amusing, methinks.

i hate misuse of punctuation, like commas, colons, semi-colons, and hyphens. i also hate when people start sentences with prepositions.
i also hate when people say things like ATMOS system. it's ATMospheric Omission System, not ATMospheric Omission System system! that's a tautology! ..mr ''conditional clause!''
lol

yes and no. the CZ and the 70-200ssm lens are high priced, because they are premium lenses. but the other G lenses, namely the 70-300G is reasonably priced to compete with the 70-200f/4 lenses from canon. the consumer level lenses are honestly fairly on par with the rest of the market, as well

do you have a DA or FA or even an A lens to try? is the camera set to release when the aperture ring is in a position other than A?

the CZ lenses for sony are definitely NOT cheaper than anything Pentax offers. the CZ 24-70 f/2.8 is 1749 USD. but then again, it supposedly rivals the best from canon and nikon, in optical quality..
