I am currently using aperture 2 and trying to shoot tethered where the images end up in my aperture library. When I start a session I get a camera not detected error in aperture. I can run pentax remote assist just fine only I would like to file to go to aperture automatically.
Anybody else had problems with this?

Pentax support got back to me and had me right click and run as administrator. I did that and it works fine. Must be a vista thing.

Has anyone had any problems with Remote Assist 3 running on Vista? The program works fine on two of my other computers running XP. I am trying to figure out if the problem is with my new laptop or with Vista. I can download pictures but the camera functions do not work so I can not shoot tethered.

the ring flash that you are looking at is for macro. For portraits check out alien bees. Just do a search for alien bees flash
