Hey guys!
After living around 5 years in the Czech i returned back to my home country, Belgium. Since i only started with photography 2 years ago I never really had time to photograph my home...untill now
Belgium is a very intresting country to photograph and perhaps not an easy one. No huge mountains, waterfalls, rivers or extreme weather condition. It's just flat with alot of gray weather and rain!
It's beautiful in it's modesty. So that's what im trying to portrait here. The belgian atmosphere and emotions.
Hope you enjoy it...
Cheers!

Recently i have been asked to shoot some portraits for a biography featuring one of our ballet company's dancers in a dance magazine.
Obviously i friendly obliged and here are some of the results. :hmm:
This first shot is ment to show the dancer outside in the open far away from her daily struggle in the journey to physical perfection, looking for something different...
This second shot is that of the dancer exercising one of her jumps. They asked me to make it dramatic and motionfull so i did a little bit of photoshopping on this one.
Other then that i also did a poster/program shoot for one of the company's premier's for this year. This is one of my favourite shots from that shoot.
And some more peformance shots wich i had laying around.
I hope you enjoy some of them and feel free to comment and share you critique's!
Cheers!

Hi again :)
Since i started with photography over a year ago there are alot of things i learned but most of all alot of things i still have to learn. And As a youngling all i do is experimenting
So this week i was imagining the world in a more dramatic fashion. A world damaged, deserted and plagued by extreme storms everywhere. Perhaps a vision of what could be the future?
I couldnt actually photograph that of course (yet) but i tryed to capture what i imagined and tryed to process the captures accordingly.
So here's my little week experiment. BRNO 2020
Heavy storms approaching downtown city once again. The streets deserted. A well aware bird escaping the scene.
just moments after the storm passed. A local korean store obviously damaged by nature's force. Nobody around but the shop lady trying keep her bussiness going.
Hope you like them. Cheers!

Anyway i have to say i had a blast in Croatia! Beautiful country for sure with good food and in general very friendly and helpfull people. But i'll let the photo's speak for themself!

Hello hello
I was out shooting last weekend and decided to get some cool train captures. I always loved the trains since i was a young boy and they still fascinate me as i get "older" :D
This is my favourite of what came out that day. Hope you enjoy it. |

I'd like to thank you all for the comments. I really appreciate that you take time to look at my photos.
Here is one more continuing the series. This men is an old theatre veteran where i work as a dancer. He still does character roles at over 70 years of age. (not to mention still loves to flirt with the young ballerinas)
He's character really intrigues me so recently i asked him for a quick capture.
(photo moved to original post)
Cheers!

Capturing people is one of my favourite things. The emotions, moments happening in all different places. This is a collection of pictures i made the past couple of months with my k5.
Greetings

APC-S cameras like a K5 or d7000 or even earlier or lesser bodies are good enough for almost anything. It all depends on the photographer.
But of course there is no way in denying the superiority of a FF when it comes down to image quality...

OK, Something totally different now. I took my camera in the shower yesterday and had a bit of fun with an orange. Took the pics back in my PC and did some post processing with it.
I got to say it's fun to mess around with oranges.
Cheers!
