M42 Adapter stuck on M42 lenses

I don't know if you have solved that problem of taking the BOWER BODY MOUNT from your lens. If not, than its very simple. There is a small screw on that adapter, remove it, take a safety pin, put it inside that hole, there will be like a small golden color spring in there, move that to the opposite direction and remove the adapter from the lens and VIOLA..... problem solved.
