Thanks Steve. Does this mean, I can buy one of those K to Nex or E mount adapter and when used with FA or DFA lenses I should be able to shoot without cropping?

I tried searching but couldn't find anything conclusive, so please forgive me if this is been discussed before (recently?).
Is there an adapter for a7r, with which I can use pentax K mount lenses and use the entire 36mp (not cropped 24mp)?
If not what is the best K to E out there that is reasonably priced?

thanks @intense. But I already went ahead and tried using super glue with existing button and the rubber cone. I used very less, tiny amount just to cover the button end and rubber cone. I left it untouched overnight and now its like original :) I changed lens at least 10-15 times after that and no issues.

I have my button and the code thing inside. I am wondering if I can just use super glue and attach it back. inspecting both the button/cone as well as the place where it goes in camera, I don't see any damage.

My lens release button came off yesterday. I didn't lose it but can not reattach and won't stay on. Really annoying. Doesn't look like anything is broken, not sure how to fix it.
Anyone here with successful repair?

Does the scratch affect image quality? does it show up in images?

The seller has posted image of document from Tamron indicating it is factory refurb.
Steve, the ebay listing clearly says, "it is Mack warranty". I wish it was from Tamron. :(

What you think of buying refurbished lens? There is one listed on ebay tamron 70-200 f2.8 with 7 yrs of warranty.
My concern is the quality.
