Well the video improvements are of no interest to me, so that is personally disappointing. But if it helps them sell more cameras it is fine by me.

I'm still stupefied why they would spend resources 'updating' the K-30 to the K-50 and then turn right around and name their flagship the K-3
Why not keep the K-30 as the K-30 so the numbering system matches the new flagship?
Now what do they do? They can't go back to K-30 if they ever develop something more mid tier... unless they call it a K-30 mk ii or something along the lines of K-33 :lol:

Got my M135/3.5 for $25 on Ebay (I think it was mislabeled).
It's small enough that I can carry it around in my small camera bag, on the off-chance I need a longer lens than my everyday walkabout DA40.
This one is of Bryce Canyon in the winter, around sunset.

After my first post I put the SMC Pentax 135mm f2.5 on the K-7 and took it out when I went downtown to get some charcoal for the grill. Here is some examples of what it can do on a digital APS-C acting like a superfast 200mm:
Biking with closed eyes may be something you do when there is spring in the air?
