Thanks. It's not really about budget, I just want something cheap, quick, and easy for snapshots I can transfer to my PC. I have DSLRs that serve me well. But I do want something that takes decent photos.

Thanks for that. I did find those reviews and seems like it is a well liked little camera. I think it will serve my purpose.

I doubt it, my phone is old, probably doesn't even have a camera. I actually use my phone for phone calls, not really a phone camera person. Just looking for something I can take quick snapshots with and transfer them to my PC. Found a good deal on a X5. I have a K5 and K50 for serious stuff.

Had a big family of rabbits on the property this year. Took this with my K-5 and Pentax 55-300 HD. My K-5 has over 95,000 clicks and is getting long in the tooth. I have a K-50 which has the aperture control problem. Winning the K-70 would be great. I have cut back on my photography because of the K-50 problem, only being able to shoot in manual, and because the K-5 is getting on in age. With the K-70 I could increase my photo taking adventures. Thanks.

Nice photos. I carry the Shield 45 90% of the time. Sometimes rotate with a M&P compact 45 with a RDS mounted on it. Rare occasions I will carry a RIA 1911 midsize in 45acp.

Our club moved on from IPSIC after in got impractical to IDPA, then that went off the rails. We now have our own type of scenario based practical matches. I don't compete much anymore though, old eyes and old joints.

Look for a Vivitar 55 2.8 Macro. Excellent lens and can be found fairly cheap.
