K-5 Manual VS autofocus weird difference

Hello.

Just got my K-5 week ago and absolutely love it. But i did find this interesting thing that the manual focus doesn´t confirm in the correct distance, it beeps a little bit behind the correct distance and sometimes a little bit in front of the correct distance, but when i use autofocus it is always spot on. I´ve tested this with the 18-55 WR kit lens so far. Any help here?
