Howdy folks!
Just wondering if I'd still be able to join for the rest of September or if I should wait until October's Photo game?
I've been a watching the forums for quite some time and am finally deciding to take part in the fun!

Greetings Ladies & Gents!
I am a photography enthusiast hoping to make it all a professional career someday. A Pentax *istDL was my first DSLR after college and my first SLR was an old Minolta during my grade school days on the yearbook staff. I've definitely endured my share of Gear Acquisition Syndrome thanks to ebay's cheap thrills and after gaining some knowledge and experience I am now preparing to invest in some up-to-date prosumer gear.
I've always possessed a stubborn loyalty towards certain brands which I can't seem to shake, and it was Pentax's lightweight and weatherproof bodies, along with their beautiful pancake limiteds which attracted me so in the beginning. After all that has happened recently to our dear Pentax I still find myself unflinchingly pledging my faith despite even the recent unveilings of Photokina 2012. In any case, I'm glad to now be a part of our wonderful forum. Thank you Adam, for all the countless hours spent here learning, researching, and daydreaming!
