I've only posted once or twice before, as I consider myself a noob lurker. However, I love roads and I can't resist not posting here. This was taken inside the vehicle, while I was on a business trip in Southern Philippines.
Pentax km, kit lens.

Hello people!
I've been using Pentax DSLRs for just over year now, but the first SLR I've ever used was my friend's MZ5 for a photography class. Since then I've been wanting to get into Pentax. Thankfully I was able to do so and got myself a Km, which was later sold (to my aunt) to buy a Kx.
My camera is part of my entourage whenever I travel as part of my real job as a writer-researcher. The K-m, and the K-x are both wonderful travel companions -- light, easy to carry and non-invasive.
I've been using this site to read lens reviews, read up on infrared photography, and of course check up on the Kit Lens Club!
Compared to everyone else, I'm a noob. (I am also a cheapskate so all my gear is second-hand, but that's beside the point.) However, I'm going ahead and jumping to the deep end of the pool by introducing myself.
As for my current gear, my K-x and FA 28-70 f/4 sleeps beside me.
Hope to know more about photography with the aid of the lovely people here in the forums. :lol:
