Posting here as I am sure most of you all will know..

I have RT 5.5 and am using it for Pixel Shift processing of a RAW .DNG file. My issue is when I try to save it to a 16 bit TIFF file to a folder, for further editing in LR, LR cannot find it. when I go into the folder there is a file with a .dng.pp3 extension.
I have tried a save and added it to the queue, careful to select to the destination folder and 16bit TIFF…

How do I get it to save and format correctly so I can continue in LR

I am not sure the purpose our how it is supposed to work.. all I know is it resets the settings but not sure to what setting.
I set up in TAV at 250th at f.4 max ISO at 6400 (concert, live music).. accidentally hit the green button and the exposure is reset to .7 sec f 2.8 .

How do you use the green button?

not to overstate the obvious but this lens is heavy..
When out shooting, I find a monopod very helpful. Who else uses a monopod, or tri ??

I just went through all my lenses and checked the AF fine adjustment on each and did notice a very small bit of play in the big 70-200 on the K-1 Mark II.. and wondered. Thanks for posting.

Add 'Continuous Shooting - H' to the equation to really attack a moving subject.

I would like to give a shout out to Precision Camera.. I sent in my in warranty K-1 Mark II for a back focus issue.. It took a few days to get on the bench but then it was quickly addressed. My concern was that it does require a signature and with the upcoming Labor Day Holiday I was going to be away and did not want it sent back to the depot. They very kindly offered free overnight shipping so I could have it for the holiday trip.. wow. that is outstanding customer service.

K-1ii back focus

I have performed all the standard techniques, as I have with all cameras that have the AF Fine Adjustment, using the Spyder Cal tool.
My K-1ii clearly has a back focus issue across at least two lenses tried fo far: Pentax 28-105, and Sigma 105 2.8.. the only other lens I can test is the 50-135 in crop mode.

The BEST I can do is adjust to +10 and the focus at the -0- mark is still locked on the -1 mark.. so in the current state in order to achieve focus on the eye, I'd have to lock in on the bridge of the nose, or thereabouts. Not exactly ideal

If I send the camera into "repair" is there any flexibility in the camera to move the focus further forward so I can adjust the focus so it is achieved at -0- when the camera signals focus at the focus point I am shooting, and

I would expect this would be warranty work.

Thoughts

Not sure what you mean by magnification? Do I take that to mean "zoom", or some other setting?

Manual focus. K1mii.. ?
How do you determine the target is in focus? Is it by Eye only? Is there a setting for the hexagon in the viewfinder to illuminate?

Does the focus rig supposed to turn continuously in either direction? Or come to a stop, to then turn in the opposite direction?
