Hi,
I am new here, but I've been using my K1000 for about 8 years now. I'd like to get a decent lens capable of some wide angle shots. I was using a friends 28 to 75 mm zoom lens on his Canon and thought it would be nice for the various nature shots I like to take.
I've noticed there is a huge range in lenses out there (especially in price). I am not looking to spend very much and will most likely purchase used. Can anyone make some recommendations. Lens type? Manufacturer?

Hello,
I'm new here. I have a 35mm Pentax K1000 that I've used on and off for about 8 years. Someday soon I hope to have a digital camera, but for now I'd like to improve my skills with the K1000.

Hi,
