This is how we cook "fainą cu rumanin" (chickpeas pie with Rosemary) in the wood oven up in the country just over Sori, ligurian riviera
it is a very simple yet complicated recipe, few ingredients but lenghty procedure, but it cooks in about 3 minutes in the oven at 300 °C.
Needless to say it is delicious, and cold "vermentino" is her best friend!
