No..you are not. I rarely use flash in my photography. I have all 3 recent bodies (Kx, Kr and K5) and time and again...Kr comes out superior in a combination of reduced noise and sensitivity in high ISO situation. Kx is better at sensitivity but has higher noise in darker backgrounds .
I wish I had a Kr full frame too..

It is really sad to see Pentax always playing catch-up nowadays..... gone are the days of 70's and 80's when it was the leader!
D800 will make many Pentaxians jump to Nikon.
