Thanks, firmware is up to date and fine adjustment works on DFA lens. A bit of a mystery.

I recently bought an FA 80-160mm f4.5 lens for the 645Z. It is front-focusing and I can not correct it with the 'Apply One' setting in the fine adjustment menu. Can anyone confirm if this lens is in the 645z database or not ? If it is only adjustable with the 'Apply All' setting It would be not so convenient to remember to zero the setting every time i change lenses. Any info appreciated. Thanks.

Wanted - Acquired: Canadian K-5

Hello,
I have a K5 for sale. It comes with D-BG4 grip and Mestos L bracket. It is in excellent condition, there are no scratches or signs of wear except slight paint wear on the hot shoe rails. The shutter count is 3214. At the time I needed this as a second body, which got minimal use. I'm asking $425 CAD, and will include shipping to Ontario by Canada Post. I live in BC. Don't know if this fits the bill, may be more than what you want. Photos should be attached.
Regards
Steve

Thanks Chuck. I decided to order a dedicated L -bracket for Pentax K5 made by a company called Mestos. From what I've just recently read on this forum its quality and fit are very good.

I am looking for a swiss arca style L plate for the Pentax K5 with battery grip. Not having any luck in finding one here in Canada. I put this question out on the forum here and was informed that there is one made in Korea by Mestos; model PD K5HL I believe. Do you have any information on this?
Thanks.

L bracket for k5 + grip?

Hello Pentaxians. First post here. I have a Kirk ballhead and want an L bracket for the k5 with battery grip that will be compatible. Kirk doesn't make a dedicated L bracket for the k5. Does anyone have any info on a L bracket (arca swiss style) that will fit? I'm not too concerned about the ports that it would cover, but it would be nice to access the grip's battery without removing the bracket.
Thanks
Steve

Have been shooting Pentax for 33 years, starting with K1000 and m lenses, now using k5 and limited primes mostly. Trust this is the place to be to exchange info. Anyone know who makes a dedicated L plate for k5 with battery grip?
Thanks
