I have had good luck with indoor drama pictures using spot metering and AE lock before recomposing. I have very rarely shoot over iso 800 with K20 and sigma 50-150.

I have to admit that there are a few (I did say few) things I like about the canon/Nikon actually only two, less audible noise and focus speed. But the k5 has done a fantastic job with those issues. I learned on a Pentax k1000 and used an ME, Why switch?

Greetings,
I have read this forum several times and and have now decided to become a member. I started with a Pentax k1000 and a dark room about 10 years ago. I moved into digital about 6 years ago with a K100 and a sigma 17-17 lens. I later switched to a k20 and that same wonderful sigma lens. Along with that lens I also have a sigma 50-150 2.8 w/o stabilization, a Pentax 35 2.4, and Tamron 90mm macro. I have only been in Germany for the last 8 months but am looking forward to shooting in this area.
