It was a "general brand 30mm snap cover". From the pictures on B&H now though, it looks like the pinch is only one side. Maybe an inaccurate picture? Worth trying the purchase?

This is an amazing lens – well known amongst macro enthusiasts. It produces a 1:1 ratio image and is eye searingly sharp.
It's in amazing condition, only ever used indoors in a studio.
Purchased from another forum member here a couple years back.
Only reason for selling is a move to another system. This was one of my favorite lenses, super sharp on the K-5.
All lens surfaces are pristine. The body is in perfect condition.
This lens is full frame compatible and is the newest version of the lens - 272EP.
Retail is $499. Enjoy a great lens at almost half the price of new.

This lens is in MINTY FRESH condition and has had very little use since I bought it a couple years ago.
Glass is pristine, focuses fast and is SHARP.
No fungus, haze, dust or spotting to the internals (obviously, it's mint!). It has always been kept in dry environments.
There is no marking to any part of the lens body.
The lens comes with it's original hood, front screw-in cap, rear cap, packaging, original manuals, warranties and accessories included. It also comes with an aftermarket snap in cap (pictured), which makes it easier to shoot with.
This lens, apart from the most miniscule particles of dust on the exterior of the body, for all intensive purposes looks NEW. Buy with confidence.

This lens is beautiful. I bought it from another forum member here a year and a half or so ago.
Excellent condition+.
Glass is pristine, focuses fast and is SHARP.
No fungus, haze, dust or spotting to the internals. It has always been kept in dry environments.
There is some scuffing to the paint on the cap rim - captured in the pictures attached.
Apart from that, there is no paint missing or visible scuffing or marking to the barrel or built-in hood.
The lens comes with it's original hood, front cap, rear cap, packaging, original manuals, warranties and accessories included. Everything it came with new.
This is a lovely lens. Buy with confidence.
