I've been looking at the think thank 5 already
would it be too small ?

thing is these are quite costly :(

The lowepro exchange messenger I have seen already too (in a local shop), but this thing has no padding at all

I do like the domke F5xz (the waxwear version) but it's quite costly too

I think I'll give the bag i linked a try.
If i can only insert the k5 + prime and insert the 18-135mm next too it that's not a big problem

although the Lowepro Event Messenger 150 looks nice too
Would the messenger 100 be too small for my needs ?
Atm these bags are not that easy to find yet (in europe), as they have only just been launched

I just found this on the net though (via google)
http://gadget.brando.com/dslr-camera-lens-protective-side-bag-small-accessor...8c068d003.html

would that be big enough (judging on the pics, i think so)

I just bought my Pentax k5 and I would like a small shoulder bag that can hold the K5 with 18-135 attached and one or two primes. (travel bag)
I prefer the bag to be as "slim" as possible (i don't like thick bags) and not too heavy. Messenger style bags have my preference.

anybody got any suggestions ? :o

I can't speak about the X100, but the X10 focuses quite quick (enough for me) and the thing i really like a lot about the X10 is that most shots you take are "in focus".
not many out of focus shots :)

The greatest thing about the X10 is that you can take indoor shots with low light at iso 200-320 easly !

The X100 will give more colour depth and higher detail (well duh...) but this one gives you a near 5x zoom lens and no SAB (that's what kept me off the X100, it's not reliable)

I'm new to this forum, but i'm sure the X10 will remain my K5's sidekick (i have yet to receive my K5 next week)

some more photos you ask ? :)

i like the bokeh (for a small sensor)

the colours :p

I also got the screen protector you got (well just from another brand - ebay - including a top screen protector too)
For my other cameras i always use glass cut screen savers too, as they are strong and don't give bubbles...
the only pain is too remove them.

Indeed not many belgian pentax users, but isn't that an advantage :p
Canon and Nikon are good, but so mainstream... everybody is using them
it's nice to stand out a bit...

Hiya Vorture (and the others too)

I too am new too this forum. I've known it for quite a while but just signed up now, because I have only bought my K5 just now.
I'll be receiving it next week (i hope).

I bought it with the 18-135 and 35mm lens.

Oh and Vorture, I instantly recognized Herbert Flack since I'm Belgian too ;-)
nice website you got by the way !

What strap are you using by the way ?
