The "Leitax mount" is expensive and Leitax didn't ship to Vietnam. So are there an other way make C/Y lens to Pentax body?

I have T* 85 f1.4 mount contax/yashica look like new,now i want use it on my K200D and i found "Optical Contax Yashica C/Y Lens To Pentax PK Camera Adapter". So any body use this adapter?
