There's no way- Love Parade like, shiny and colourfully variation of some current body would rather be expected. Of course, it will have dico player inside...
New version of da 18-55 also will appear. Nothing more, unfortunately. I've lost all hope (dope?).

Well, now I have my CB-58 F delivered... It is huge, more than I expected but first impressions are promising. Camera is held firmly even without legs, ball moves quite smothly with well working friction.
I have only one doubt- how to mount it on manfrotto legs- it can be screwed, but... no stuff to secure it (MF head has 3 screws to lock on center column plate)?

So, only F version was available in the shop, which responded to my e-mail, but they offer nice price. Nice to hear, that I've chossen correctly. Could you tell, how works tilt function?
I also wonder, which quick release adapter mount on it: are manfrotto hex plates good enough (alternatively I can get novoflex arca style q=mount, but it is more expensive) ?
How could you ask me, what I mean, when even I do not know what I think? ;-)

Well, she had non-effort type head (or she rather made an effort in her head) ;-)
I ordered FLM CB-58, which i found in reasonable price, without tilt screw, but there is no possibility to have everything (it's worth to notice, that their [FLM's} CB-48s are harder to get than 43s and 58s)- i'll write some impression, when get it. Thanks for help.

I use MF 498 RC2- it's great cheap head, with 8 kg (as producer claims) load capacity ;-) but it creeps (that's the term I needed) when camera is in off-vertical-axis position.
So I'll check that FLM, a bit unwilingly, cause poor distribution in my country- I must import it from abroad (taxes!) (benros and frottos are common, gitzos less, but still available)- are there more pros. to encourage?
So, what about Gitzo?

Well, could somebody tell me about amount of "sag effect" (DK, if it is proper name of the problem- descr.: When locking the head the ball moving slighty, what is terrible in macro or tele shooting) in Manfrotto 468, Gitzo centerball and other ball heads? THX

Oc, I just make a hazrdous decison- I turned camera off... (conditions as above: Phase 1/3, unfinished). With new card and 1.06 FW I started again... and everything works fine. May antivirus corrupt bin file (no masseges noticed)? Card works without any issue.
Thanks for help.
Conclusion: fw updating process might be safely terminated until phase 1 is half-unfinished,

Is there anybody willing to help?
I'm updating new K-5IIs to 1.04 firmware. But problem occurs: i see on screen: "updating Phase 1/3" and progress bar half-filled... oc, but instead of declared 150 sec. it lasts about half an hour? What happened? I have bit-checked (from official page) file before proceeding.
Thanks for help.

Oc, another one question about aperture coupler actuator:
Could somebody explain me, or (better option) show in the diagram/picture or so,... how the lever works in long lenses?
Thanks for help.

Hi everyone, nice to post with You.
i wonder, why I haven't post yet... probably I've wandered from the path of righteousness. :)

Greetings from Lublin (in Poland)- great city with 4 univerities, where way to an airport takes up over 2 hours*.
*because it is in other town.

The path of evil: Zenit ET->Chinon cp7-m->Pentax K10d-> k10d+superA ;)
