Hi
I've been trying to upgrade the firmware in my K100D from v1.00 to v1.02. I've downloaded and extracted the firmware upgrade onto an 8Gb SDHC Card, switch on camera holding down menu button then don't get the next step to work just get the original firmware 1.00 message followed by a card error message.
Anyone got an idea where I go from here?

Hi Gang
just discovered this forum.......I've been using Pentax for donkeys years, bought my first one, an ME Super, which I still use, in 1982 and was given a K100D for my fiftieth!
