I would accept all there decisions but not the half-frame. Even when I shoot with phone I turn it horizontally. Square frame makes more sense to me.

Why you didn't give me the consent form before this shot? This will cost you an arm and a leg!

I would like to reiterate my suggesting (nobody reacted to it yet):
Does Pentaxforums need to have dedicated section for smart phone shooting. Not "put your smartphone pictures here" (let us leave it for Instagram) but section dedicated to various smartphone shooting technique (like this thread) .

I see. Actually I am designing one (in my head). But mine (if I finish it) will be not for commercial launch so I am not in competition with you. Will be happy to to see (or maybe even buy) yours.

What kind of holder allows to keep 35mm film flat and at the same time include sprocket holes into the frame?

Why did you choose shallow F-stop? I don't care about bokeh. I would like for my portrait to be blended into nature!

Usually I hold my KP in my left hand using custom made handle. Wrist strap is just for insurance. My right hand is free to manipulate camera/lens controls. (most of my lenses are light and compact)

Obviously there is gap in your setup, namely no any Pentax media size cameras. And initially I had a temptation to write no monochrome, but that would be not true because you can limit any film camera in you collection to black & white film.

Proper voltage is not enough for alkaline battery to be good. It may show 1.5 V while on tester, but will not hold it under the load. You need dedicated device to test it to be sure. About lithium I am not sure. Anyway it would be cheaper to try new set of alkaline batteries to see if they are the cause.

-No way! Phone (even red) she will ignore. Try red Ferrari.

I believe for this goal modern smartphone will be good enough. Especially if you can afford model with more than one lens. (Google Pixel 6 pro I use myself and I am very satisfied. You can find refurbished ~$300). I do own several Pentax bodies (including KP) but these I keep for some special effects. like bokeh or subject isolation.

Right choice, indeed! Smart phone for such applications would be absolutely useless.

While on the road I have spent weekend in London. I did not have any Pentax with me only Pixel 6 pro phone. Moderator, If this violates thread rules, feel free to remove this post, no problem.- First image is an illustration of the fact that sometimes surrounding contradicts message which piece of art supposed to deliver.
- Person on the second image is holding reins just for several month. Guess what? He is already commemorated.
- Third image: don't tell me this is not Street Art.

YucatanPentax! Ok, you nailed it! I looked into samples from the last two links and images are splendid. Actually I do have Pentax A 35/2.8 lens. Why do I need one more manual lens which for sure would be harder to operate? But whenever I see lens with German name on it I feel a lust.

Don't do it. You have good reason and opportunity to learn Japanese. (Just kidding. Obviously you can switch to English. I did the same when I bought KP from Japan.).

24 mm on APS-C provides the same filed of view as 35 mm on full frame. And 35 mm on full frame always considered as must to have. Obviously there is 21mm limited lens but it is not exactly the same.
