my extream III card came with some recovery software???
never used it
never tried even

the two serious contenders for photo concious people on the mac IMHO are LIGHTROOM and APATURE....
both have their advantages and disadvantages - i use lightroom at this time, but may check out apature again some day....
ill let others explain what makes them both good or bad as they see fit...

thanks for the suggestion to try FILM but i just cant afford it, i am lurning WAY TO MUCH at the moment, in my average shoot i shoot 20 pictures to get one decent one.... maybe 1 in 100 is really good....
for the moment digitial is the format for me because i can economically see the results
further - i know not what the development of film process takes thus what to look for in terms of a good photo development place, and i cant deelop my own....

yep i know but this is my first camera that wasnt a phone :-)
i really thought i was going to be camerless this weekend
HOWEVER great news
i have had a phonecall from CR Kenedy that it fixed and i can collect it before 4 today
and now i have got permision to finish work early to go get it :-)
o man i am SOOOoooooo happy

just a thought - can you tae asome quick snaps of the location from different parts of the room.... then we can help perhaps and get a bit more of an idea... might be also good to have someone in each shot sowe can get better perspective... make the person small and the room big so we get a good idea

i there is a cafe i have been to in wagga wagga where they have crayons and loads of people draw on the paper and on the table-covering paper and on teir placemats, they put some on the wall all the time and the wall is changing... its great
