Pentax Optio Rs 1000 Green Screen

I´ve had the camera for about 2 months. It hasn´t been damaged or anything but when i turned it on the screen was completey green, and all the pictures i take with it come out green too.

I´m currently travelling so do not have access to any technical support so kinda need a way to sovle the problem myself...

Any suggestions very welcome!
