I think that it's time to enter my first Pentax forum contest!
Been shooting with Pentax since 1985 and love the quality and price of Pentax, and now with the unveiling of the 645Z,
there is proof positive that great photography doesn't have to cost 30,000 dollars!

I was always a devout slr guy, until the advent of the 'bridge' camera' with its long zoom lenses. Now I have an X5 and love the convenience of getting a quick shot of the wildlife in our back yard...even through the window! I personally could never afford the length of the lens on this camera for an slr, and am really quite happy with the results available...not as good as a high quality prime, but hey, it is an awesome camera for the money...which is why I've always loved Pentax! (since 1985...bought my P3). I still own a K200 and a K100, along with a collection of film (Pentax) slr's, and also am going to take my first shots soon with my Auto 110, for which I bought some film from B&H this Christmas.
Keep up the good work Pentax!

Hi everyone,
I bought my first Pentax in 1985...a P3, and have been enthralled with Pentax ever since. I currently shoot with a K100 and will always be extremely satisfied with Pentax quality and price.
